When I sell a ticket, what terms do I agree to?

By selling your tickets to us, you verify that you are the original purchaser and that the tickets will not be reprinted, reissued, or used in any way. You also agree that, in the case of an outright cancellation (not a postponement), you will refund the amount we paid you, as you will receive a refund from the primary ticketing site.

What happens if I do not abide by the seller agreement?

Failure to abide by our agreement may result in fees of up to 300% of the purchase price or the total cost incurred by Sparxtix to remedy the breach. However, this is a last resort. If you think there’s an issue with your ticket, such as a late arrival or tracking concerns, let us know right away! In many cases, we can resolve the issue before it becomes a problem and avoid charging a fee. That’s always our goal!

Why have I been asked to upload a credit card and photo ID?

We require a credit card on file in case of undelivered or invalid tickets. Rest assured, we do not charge for our service, so the only charge you’ll see is a small $0.01 to verify the card is valid, as long as there are no issues with your tickets.

Your photo ID is needed to validate your tickets and confirm that you are the original purchaser—that they’re yours to sell. This helps protect against fraudulent activity. Our sales process is designed to ensure everything goes smoothly for the next fan who purchases your ticket.
